Crypto Senior Community Manager

(Remote – EMEA Time Zone)

Dopamine is looking for a Senior Community Manager with experience in Crypto

Dopamine is looking for an experienced Community Senior Manager to set our strategy, take over the current team and elaborate the action plan, including content.

This is a full-time (100%) remote position.

Dopamine app is a cross-blockchain Defi app that brings together information, interactions, and transactions under one roof. We began our journey as a pricing app in 2017 before evolving into a cross-blockchain Defi app in 2021. Now, our mission is to simplify the crypto-enthusiast journey into the wild blockchain ecosystem by offering them all the tools they need to interact with finance 3.0. To achieve this ambitious goal, we want to hire the best talents, who are passionate about crypto and want to thrive in a fast-paced growing start-up.

Your Missions will be:

Develop an action plan to entertain and energize Dopamine’s community, the Doparmy
Create live content to keep the discussion (news social media posts, GIFs, memes) on top
Coordinate with other community monitors/specialists
Oversee the content production from the Content and Social Media team
React quickly to event inside the crypto market and/or in the Dopamine ecosystem (market crash, massive hack, etc.)
Work with the market players to leaverage our content and amplify its distribution
Relay content on social media in support of the Social Media Manager
Together with the Chief Growth Officer and the head of Content, define the new video marketing

Who you are:

You have a proactive, agile and performance oriented mindset
You are a native English speaker or fully bi-lingual
You have experience in launching and managing community initiatives in the blockchain industry
You are a digital native and master all crypto related communication channels (Twitter, TikTok, Telegram and Discord)
You have excellent communication and copy writing skills
You have experience managing rich content like video or audio
You have a sense of humor and know the codes from the web pop culture (memes, etc.)
You are passionate about cryptocurrencies and own crypto
Speaking several languages is a plus
